Chief (Alh). Tai Hassan Ejibunu, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1988. He equally acquired a Master of Science degree in International Relations from the University of Benin, Benin-City, and a Master of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict from the European Peace University, Stadtschlaining/Burg, Austria. The Chairman served in the Public Service of Nigeria for 34 years criss-crossing different Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs) of Government. He retired meritoriously from the service of the Government of the Federation in December 2024 as the Director, Air Transport Management at the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development. He is bringing to bear his versed experience garnered over the years to run the affairs of the Company.
Engr. Rasaq Aliyu Ejibunu, FNSE

Engr. Rasaq Aliyu Ejibunu, is a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering (B. Eng.) from the University of Ilorin. He has over 30 years experience in road construction and building of houses, working at different times in the public and private sectors of Nigeria.

Oba Olusegun Joseph Areh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Uthman Danfodiyo University, Sokoto and Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus. He has cognate and robust experience in Midstream and Downstream Oil and Gas industry spanning 35 years. He worked in Elf Oil and Total Oil Nig. Plc now Total Energies in various positions and designations: Operations Liaison Manager, Aviation Operations Manager, Business Development Manager, District Sales Manager (Enugu), Special Products Manager, Lube Marine Officer, Sales Representative. Upon exit from Total Oil, he ventured into The Hawaz Group as Executive Director on Energy, Oil and Gas.
Alhaji Zachary Dare Ejibunu

Alhaji Zachary Dare Ejibunu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (English Language & Linguistics) from the University of Ilorin. He has 35 years of cognate experience in administration at the State and Federal levels before retiring from the Public Service. He has brought his experience to bear in propelling the activities of The Hawaz Group since joining the management team.
Alhaji Shuaib Adekunle Abubakar

Alhaji Shuaib Adekunle Abubakar an alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, where he bagged both B.Sc and M.Sc degrees in Economics. He has received specialized training in leadership, marketing analysis, research, media planning and business management. He is a Fellow, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN), Associate Member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Member, Nigeria Market Research Association (NIMRA), and a Member, Pan Africa Marketing Research Organization (PAMRO).
